JVAL can produce any turned metal part, to customer specification, with diameters from 2.0 mm to 60.0 and a tolerance down to 0.03 mm.

At our 7,500 square meter site, we have a range of 41 high precision automatic lathes that have an output capacity of 1 million pieces per month.

Parts can be produced in steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium.

We also offer surface treatment for our turned parts, including zinc, nickel plating and passivation.
